Zachary-Odebrecht Parkway Builders (ZOPB)
Zachary-Odebrecht Parkway Builders (ZOPB) selected Marketing Plus as its Marketing and design agency in early 2013. ZOPB in conjunction with TxDot won the contract to build the extension of the Grand Parkway from Hwy 290 North and then East through the Woodlands to Hwy 59. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2015. Marketing Plus provided the branding and design skills for ZOPB's project and, using a Captavi platform, designed the new Grand Parkway web site. This is an integral communication tool to all wishing to know the status of construction in their respective communities. Both internal and external communication and marketing programs have been implemented for ZOPB and community information and outreach is underway.
