Gulf Coast Cleanup
Following the Deepwater Horizon spill in the Gulf in early 2010, Marketing Plus was engaged by the Gulf Restoration Organization (GCRO) to assist in the formation and design and production of communication pieces to better inform the residents of the Gulf Coast as to the status of wetlands, cleanup of beaches, safety of seafood being taken from the Gulf and the impact of oil dispersants being used to mitigate the effects of the oil spill. Mplus designed and distributed these pieces throughout the Gulf Coast along with numerous other forms of written and visual information to both internal and public audiences for the GCRO. It was through Marketing Plus’ quick response and communication skills that necessary information was made readily available to the general affected public.
